Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand an established energy tax practice based in Harrisburg. The role will focus on advising energy-sector clients on tax structuring, transactional tax issues, and regulatory tax matters.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative tax team and have responsibility for client relationships, business development, and mentoring junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to generate and grow revenue is welcome.

Proven partner-level experience in federal and state tax matters for energy clients.
Track record of client development and managing client relationships.
Experience leading deal teams and mentoring associates.
Licensed to practice law and able to work in the jurisdiction.
