Leading regional office seeks a lateral partner to join a busy Compliance & Regulatory practice with a healthcare and advertising regulatory focus. The role will advise healthcare industry clients on regulatory compliance, FDA matters, and promotional/advertising issues across digital and traditional channels.

The partner will collaborate across practices to support multidisciplinary matters and help grow the practice in the Exton area. This is an opportunity to join an established team with a national platform while maintaining a client-facing, business-development role locally.

Established partner or counsel with significant experience in healthcare regulatory matters, FDA law, and advertising/promotional compliance.
Proven ability to handle client-facing, business-development responsibilities; portable practice or demonstrable book of business welcomed.
Strong drafting and counseling skills, comfortable working across cross-functional teams on complex regulatory issues.
