Experienced regulatory partner sought to lead and grow a compliance-focused practice in Atlanta, with a primary emphasis on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will involve advising clients on FDA-regulated issues, advertising and marketing compliance, and broader regulatory risk management.

The position combines client-facing counseling, matter leadership, and relationship development across industry-facing teams. The firm is open to candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable business development success.

Partner-level experience in compliance and regulatory counseling, preferably with healthcare and/or media/advertising matters
Deep familiarity with FDA regulatory issues and advertising/marketing compliance
Proven record of leading client matters and managing teams
Demonstrable business development skills; portable book of business welcome
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and ability to practice in Georgia
