Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Atlanta, with a focus on healthcare and media/entertainment matters. The role will involve advising clients on regulatory strategy, FDA-related issues, and advertising/commercial communications compliance.

The partner will join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team and will handle both counseling and regulatory enforcement response work. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and the opportunity to grow a market-facing practice in the region.

Proven partner-level experience advising on regulatory and compliance matters, ideally including healthcare and media/advertising issues.
Substantial experience with FDA regulatory matters or similar agency-driven work preferred.
Demonstrated track record of client development; candidates with a portable practice or established relationships will be seriously considered.
Bar admission and ability to practice in Georgia (or willingness to become admitted).
