Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property team in Atlanta. The role will focus on patent and trademark work across prosecution, counseling and enforcement, including contentious matters.

The team advises a mix of corporate clients across technology and media-related industries. The role offers a partner platform with firm resources and a collaborative IP practice supporting transactional and litigation work.

Portable business is welcome; the firm supports partners in developing and expanding client relationships while integrating into existing practice groups.

Established partner or equivalent lateral with significant experience in patent and trademark matters
Demonstrable experience with patent prosecution and enforcement and trademark counseling/enforcement; litigation experience preferred
Ability to originate and develop client relationships (portable book of business welcomed)
Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction and strong academic and professional credentials
