A leading global law firm is seeking an experienced partner to join its Atlanta office to strengthen and grow its corporate, IP and technology transactions capabilities. The role will focus on high‑value M&A, capital markets (issuer-side), emerging growth/startup work and technology-related transactional matters, with scope to advise on IP litigation and related transactional issues.

The team is experiencing growth and seeks a commercial, client-facing partner who can bring and develop relationships across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors. The successful candidate will lead matters, mentor junior lawyers and participate in business development to expand the office’s regional and national platform.

Significant partner-level experience handling M&A, capital markets and technology transaction matters; experience with IP-related disputes or transactional IP work a plus.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business preferred.
Track record of leading deal teams, mentoring associates and contributing to business development.
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and able to work from the Atlanta office.
