Partner — Corporate (M&A/Transactional) — Atlanta

Senior corporate partner opportunity in Atlanta focused on M&A, transactional work and corporate governance. The role is with a well-established national firm seeking an experienced lawyer to lead and grow the transactional practice in the region.

The successful candidate will have an active transactional practice, strong client relationships and the ability to originate and manage complex deals. There is an expectation of contributing to business development and mentoring junior lawyers within a collaborative team.

• Established partner with significant experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Proven track record of originating and managing complex deals and advising on corporate governance
• Portable practice or demonstrable book of business and strong client relationships
• Leadership experience, client development skills and ability to integrate into a broader national practice
• Active jurisdictional admission (or ability to be admitted) and JD or equivalent qualification
