Senior-level opening for a partner to join the corporate and intellectual property teams in Atlanta with a focus on energy and transactional work. The role will handle M&A, private equity, corporate governance and IP-related aspects of life sciences and energy transactions.

Ideal candidate will lead deal teams, manage client relationships, and work across practice groups on complex transactional matters. A track record of originating or sustaining client work and developing business in these areas is expected.

Partner-level experience handling M&A, private equity and IP-related transactional matters, including energy or life‑sciences work.
Proven ability to lead deal teams, manage client relationships and mentor junior lawyers.
Demonstrable client development experience and willingness/ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong drafting, negotiation and project management skills; active bar admission and ability to practice in Georgia.
