Experienced regulatory partner sought to join a busy Compliance & Regulatory practice in Greensboro. The role sits at the intersection of healthcare regulatory matters and media/advertising compliance, with significant client-facing responsibility across FDA and advertising law issues.

Clients include healthcare companies, life-sciences clients and organizations with consumer-facing marketing and promotional activities; the position will handle counseling, policy development, transactional review and regulatory risk management.

Firm is seeking a lateral partner with an established practice and willingness to lead business development locally and regionally. This is a partnership-track lateral role based in Greensboro with a supportive team and resources.

Partner-level experience in regulatory counseling, FDA matters and advertising/compliance law.
Proven track record of client development and managing a portable practice or book of business.
Strong drafting, negotiation and counseling skills; courtroom experience not required.
Admissions and good standing in relevant U.S. bar(s); ability to work in the Greensboro office.
Comfort supervising associates and collaborating across healthcare and corporate teams.
