Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice from the firm's Sarasota office, with a focus on healthcare and media & entertainment matters. The role combines client advisory work, regulatory counseling, and risk management across FDA, healthcare regulatory, and advertising-related issues.

You will advise clients on compliance programs, regulatory response and enforcement risk, and provide strategic guidance on product, marketing and promotions matters. The position includes responsibility for originating business, developing client relationships, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The firm values a partner able to manage matters independently, collaborate across practices, and expand the practice through targeted business development in the region.

Partner-level experience in compliance and regulatory counseling, preferably with significant work in healthcare and advertising/FDA matters.
Strong client relationship and business development record; ability to bring or grow a portable practice is welcomed.
Demonstrated leadership in managing teams and supervising associates.
Bar admission in the U.S. and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
