Seeking an experienced partner to build and lead a compliance and regulatory practice in Greenville with a focus on healthcare, FDA-regulated matters, and advertising/media issues. The role combines client counseling, regulatory strategy, and oversight of cross‑practice teams on complex matters.

Ideal candidate will manage and grow a book of business, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate with colleagues across offices to expand the firm’s regional and national footprint. Portable practice and demonstrable client relationships are welcome.

Established partner-level experience counseling clients on regulatory matters, ideally including healthcare and FDA-related work.
Proven track record advising on advertising, promotional compliance, or media-related regulatory issues.
Demonstrated business development ability and comfort managing a portable practice.
Experience supervising teams and working cross-functionally with other practice groups.
Active bar admission and strong written/verbal client communication skills.
