Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Philadelphia, with a focus on healthcare and media/entertainment clients. The role will handle regulatory counseling, FDA and advertising-related matters, and work across transactional and advisory matters.

The partner will join a cross-disciplinary team and advise clients on regulatory compliance, enforcement risk mitigation, policy interpretation and industry-specific regulatory strategies. The position offers significant client-facing responsibility and opportunities to grow a portable practice or bring existing client relationships.

Proven partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ideally with healthcare and/or media/advertising experience.
Substantive knowledge of FDA regulation, advertising compliance and related regulatory frameworks.
Track record of business development and ability to grow a portable practice or client base.
Strong leadership skills to manage matters and mentor junior lawyers.
Active bar admission and excellent written and oral advocacy skills.
