Senior corporate partner opportunity with a large global law firm seeking an experienced leader to expand and lead work across healthcare, life sciences, technology and related corporate matters. The role will handle complex M&A, private equity and capital markets transactions, and work closely with IP and litigation teams on tech- and life-sciences-related issues.

Ideal candidates will have an established portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in healthcare, life sciences, technology or financial services, and experience originating and managing cross-practice, cross-office matters. The role offers partnership leadership responsibilities, collaboration with industry-focused teams, and the ability to help grow the practice in Philadelphia and nationally.

Proven partner-level experience in M&A, private equity or capital markets, ideally with work in healthcare, life sciences or technology sectors
Portable book of business or strong client origination record preferred; ability to develop new client relationships and expand existing ones
Track record of leading deal teams and coordinating cross-practice matters with IP, litigation and regulatory specialists
Strong commercial judgment, excellent client management and business development skills
Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or eligible to transfer admission
