Established opportunity for a partner to join and expand a busy healthcare and life sciences practice in Philadelphia. The role will involve advising hospitals, health systems, life sciences companies and other healthcare stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and compliance matters.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within a multidisciplinary team, working on matters that span regulatory counseling, commercial transactions, and compliance programs. This is a partner-level opening suitable for an attorney with an existing healthcare-oriented client base and demonstrated business-development capability.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare law; strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory and life sciences issues.
Experience advising on transactions, regulatory compliance, and related commercial matters.
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice or a track record of business development preferred.
Bar admission and standing in the relevant jurisdiction; ability to work collaboratively and manage a team.
