Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a regulatory and compliance practice in the Las Vegas office. The role will advise healthcare and media clients on FDA, advertising and related regulatory matters, handling counseling, policy work and regulatory responses.

The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team and work closely with litigation and transactional colleagues to provide integrated client solutions. This is a partnership opportunity for an experienced practitioner with an established client base or demonstrable book-building ability.

Experienced regulatory/compliance partner with a focus on healthcare and/or media/advertising matters
Substantive knowledge of FDA regulatory issues, advertising law or related regulatory frameworks
Proven client development and practice leadership skills; portable practice preferred
Strong written and oral advocacy; ability to work collaboratively across practices
