Seeking a partner to lead and grow a compliance and regulatory practice in the Las Vegas office of a national law firm. The role will focus on advising clients on regulatory matters, with a significant emphasis on gaming-related compliance and interaction with state regulatory bodies.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team, advise on regulatory risk and licensing, and work closely with transactional and litigation colleagues as needed. Business development is an important element of the role; a portable practice is welcome but not strictly required.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance work, ideally including gaming regulation.
Proven leadership and team management skills at the partner level.
Demonstrable client development experience; ability to originate and grow work.
Experience advising before state regulators and on licensing/compliance matters.
