Lateral Partner, Compliance & Regulatory — Las Vegas

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to grow and lead its compliance and regulatory practice in Las Vegas, with a focus on healthcare and media-related regulatory matters. The role will advise clients on FDA/regulatory compliance, advertising and promotional review, and related risk-management issues.

The successful candidate will join a cross-practice team supporting corporate and in-house clients on regulatory strategy, investigations, policy development, and transactional/regulatory due diligence. This is an opportunity to shape a visible practice within a national platform while working closely with other practice groups.
