Partner — Litigation & Employment, Las Vegas

Established, national litigation practice is seeking a partner to join its Las Vegas office to lead and grow matters across commercial litigation, employment & labor, healthcare, and professional liability. The role combines client work, originating new matters, and mentoring junior lawyers within a broad defense-oriented practice.

The successful candidate will handle complex civil litigation, develop and maintain client relationships, and work collaboratively across practice groups on healthcare and construction-related disputes. This is a practice-building role with substantial autonomy and support from an experienced team.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level litigation experience in employment, professional liability, or healthcare matters
• Proven origination and client-development track record
• Licensed to practice in Nevada or able to become admitted
