Partner — Compliance & Regulatory (Healthcare & Media) — Washington, D.C.

Senior compliance and regulatory partner role in the firm's Washington, D.C. office, focused on healthcare and media/advertising matters. The role will advise on FDA-regulated issues, advertising and marketing compliance, and related regulatory risk across client programs.

You will lead client engagements, manage and mentor junior lawyers, and work with cross-practice teams to deliver regulatory solutions and enforcement defense. The team advises both regulated companies and service providers on strategy, policy, and contentious regulatory matters.

The firm is seeking a partner with an established regulatory practice and client relationships; candidates with portable business and a track record of business development will be prioritized.

• Significant experience counseling clients on FDA, advertising/marketing, and broader regulatory compliance matters.
• Proven track record of client development and managing a book of business compatible with a partner role.
• Experience supervising associates and working on cross-functional engagements.
• Bar admission in D.C. or ability to become licensed; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
