Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to grow and lead its Compliance & Regulatory practice in Philadelphia with a focus on healthcare and related advertising/marketing matters. The role will advise healthcare clients on regulatory strategy, FDA-related issues, and promotional/commercial communications compliance.

The team works across healthcare and media-adjacent matters, supporting transactional, counseling, and enforcement work. The firm seeks a partner who can build local market presence, collaborate with national practice groups, and contribute to business development.

Established partner with deep experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, FDA matters, and advertising/promotional law.
Track record of counseling health-care industry clients and handling regulatory or enforcement matters.
Proven business development skills; a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships is preferred.
Bar admission in Pennsylvania or willingness to become admitted; ability to be based in or regularly work from the Philadelphia office.
