Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Pittsburgh compliance and regulatory practice with a focus on healthcare and media-related regulatory matters. The role will handle complex regulatory counseling, FDA-related issues and advertising/promotional compliance for healthcare and life-sciences clients.

The partner will join a cross-disciplinary team advising clients on regulatory strategy, risk management, and enforcement defense. This is an opportunity to grow a practice in a busy regional office and to work on matters spanning healthcare regulatory, FDA, and advertising compliance.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and healthcare counseling, including FDA-related matters and advertising/promotional compliance
Proven track record advising healthcare or life-sciences clients on compliance, risk management, and enforcement matters
Demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships; portable business welcome
Strong writing, client-service, and team leadership skills
