Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Compliance & Regulatory and Healthcare practice in the Raleigh area. The role focuses on counseling clients on regulatory compliance, FDA matters, and advertising-related issues across healthcare and media sectors.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative team advising a broad client base on regulatory strategy, risk management, and transactional or enforcement-related matters. This position welcomes candidates with an established, portable practice who can both originate and mentor more junior lawyers.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory compliance, with demonstrable work on FDA and healthcare-related matters.
Experience advising on advertising and media-related regulatory issues preferred.
Proven client development and business generation ability; portable book of business welcomed.
Strong leadership, teamwork, and mentoring skills; licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
