Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Brussels-based Compliance & Regulatory practice with a strong international trade and antitrust/regulatory focus. The role involves advising multinational clients on cross-border trade controls, sanctions, market competition issues, and regulatory compliance across the EU and global markets.

The successful candidate will join an established international practice, take responsibility for originating and managing mandates, and work collaboratively with regional and global teams on complex, high-profile matters. This is an opportunity to shape the team’s offering in Brussels and develop a portable practice.

Proven partner-level experience advising on international trade, sanctions, competition/antitrust and related regulatory matters.
Track record of originating and managing cross-border mandates; an established portable practice is preferred.
Admitted to practice in an appropriate jurisdiction and able to operate in Brussels regulatory environment.
Strong leadership, business development and client-management skills; experience working with global teams.
