Seeking a partner to lead and grow a Compliance & Regulatory practice with a strong litigation and technology/privacy component in the firm's Atlanta office. The role combines client counseling on regulatory and data-privacy matters with active defense and litigation work.

The successful candidate will manage and mentor a team of lawyers, work across practices to service complex regulatory and technology-related disputes, and play a visible role in business development and client relationship management.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory enforcement, compliance counseling and regulatory-focused litigation; strong privacy/data-protection experience preferred.
Track record of managing litigation matters and supervising junior lawyers.
Proven business development ability; portable practice or demonstrable client relationships a plus.
Admission to practice in Georgia or eligibility to obtain licensure; JD or equivalent qualification.
