Leading national law firm seeking a lateral partner to join its Minneapolis office to grow and lead work across regulatory compliance, privacy/data protection, and litigation. The role combines advisory and dispute-resolution responsibilities for regulated-industry clients.

The successful candidate will have an established regulatory and/or litigation practice, proven client-development capabilities, and experience counseling on privacy and data-protection matters. This is a partner-level opportunity with expectations to originate and expand client relationships.

Established partner with an active regulatory and/or litigation practice.
Experience advising on privacy & data protection and regulatory compliance matters; litigation experience preferred.
Demonstrated business development and client-management skills; portable book of business a plus.
Bar admission in the appropriate U.S. jurisdiction and ability to work from the Minneapolis office.
