Seeking a seasoned partner to lead and grow a cross-practice regulatory, compliance and litigation team in Las Vegas. The role will handle regulatory counseling, privacy and data-protection matters, and related contentious work for a mix of corporate and regulated clients.

The position suits a lawyer who combines deep regulatory and enforcement experience with litigation capability and a strong understanding of technology-privacy issues. You will work with senior firm leadership to build a market-facing practice and mentor more junior lawyers.

Established partner with significant experience in regulatory, compliance and related litigation matters.
Demonstrated experience advising on privacy/data-protection and technology-related regulatory issues.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business origination track record preferred.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; admitted and able to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions.
