Partner — Compliance & Regulatory / Litigation (Washington, D.C.)

Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow a compliance, regulatory and litigation practice from the firm's Washington, D.C. office. The role focuses on counseling clients on regulatory matters, privacy/data protection issues, and related litigation strategies across technology-driven matters.

The successful candidate will join a national firm platform and work closely with cross-practice teams on high‑stakes regulatory and enforcement matters. This role is suited to an experienced partner with an established portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in the regulatory/privacy/litigation space.

• Proven partner-level experience handling regulatory enforcement, privacy/data protection and related litigation.
• Track record of originating and maintaining client relationships; a portable practice is preferred.
• Admission to practice in D.C. (or commitment/ability to obtain local admission) and strong credentials in regulatory work.
• Ability to collaborate across technology, compliance and litigation teams and to mentor junior lawyers.
