Partner, Compliance & Regulatory (Palo Alto)

Leading national law firm seeks a partner to join its Palo Alto compliance and regulatory practice focused on government and public sector work. The role will advise public- and private-sector clients on regulatory compliance, government contracts, and related enforcement and policy matters.

The successful candidate will join a cross-office team that handles complex regulatory engagements and interacts with government agencies. This is an opportunity to lead client engagements, develop business, and shape practice strategy in the region.

Portable practice and client relationships are welcome; the firm values candidates who can contribute existing business and referral streams while building on an established platform.

• Established partner-level experience in regulatory, compliance, and government contracts work.
• Proven track record advising on compliance programs, investigations, regulatory risk, or government procurement matters.
• Demonstrated client relationship skills and ability to originate or grow business in the US market.
• Strong written and oral advocacy, and experience leading teams on complex matters.
