Seeking a partner to join a well-established corporate practice in Palo Alto with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and high-value transactional work. The role will involve leading deals, advising boards on governance matters, and working across technology and growth-company clients.

The team handles strategic corporate matters where senior lawyers take primary client-facing responsibility. The firm is looking for a seasoned practitioner who can immediately contribute to deal execution and client development.

Portable business is welcome; candidates with an existing client network or demonstrable ability to originate work will be strongly considered.

Established partner-level experience in M&A and complex transactional matters.
Strong track record advising corporate boards and senior management on governance issues.
Proven ability to lead transactions and manage teams.
Business development ability; a portable client base or clear origination record is a plus.
