Senior corporate partner role for an established practice focused on mergers & acquisitions and transactional work. The position is based in Palo Alto and will sit within a full-service corporate team advising strategic and financial clients on complex transactions.

The team is seeking an experienced partner who will originate and lead significant deals, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to business development. The role offers a platform within a large, well-resourced international firm and exposure to sophisticated cross‑border and domestic transactions.

Established, portable corporate/M&A practice with demonstrable client relationships and a track record of originating and closing significant transactions
Experience leading high‑value M&A and transactional matters, including cross‑border work
Strong leadership and mentoring skills; ability to contribute to partner-level business development
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to obtain admission
