Partner, Corporate & Litigation — Palo Alto

Leading global firm is seeking a partner to join its Palo Alto office to build and lead a cross-practice corporate and litigation practice. The role will focus on high-value transactional work, corporate governance matters and commercial dispute resolution for US and international clients.

The successful candidate will originate and manage client relationships, work closely with deal teams and litigators, and help grow a portable practice in the region. This is a visible role with client-facing responsibility and internal leadership expectations.

• Established partner with a proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable business expected.
• Significant experience in M&A, corporate governance and related transactional matters, plus experience handling commercial litigation or dispute aspects.
• Strong leadership and business development skills; ability to work across practices and mentor junior lawyers.
• Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction (California preferred) and eligibility to practice in the office location.
