Partner, Energy & Environmental Litigation - Palo Alto

Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Palo Alto office and strengthen its energy and environmental litigation capabilities. The role will focus on high-stakes regulatory, enforcement and commercial litigation matters across the energy and environmental sectors.

The successful candidate will join an established team handling complex disputes, advising corporate and institutional clients, and working with cross‑practice specialists on regulatory and transactional interfaces. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility for matter leadership and business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established track record of partner-level litigation experience in energy and environmental matters
• Proven client development and origination skills
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and ability to practice in California
