Partner, Litigation & Securities — Palo Alto

Leading national litigation team is seeking a seasoned partner to join its Palo Alto office to expand its securities and white-collar litigation capabilities. The role focuses on handling complex commercial and securities disputes, internal investigations and high-stakes trial work for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice that regularly handles cross-border matters and works with multidisciplinary teams across offices. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for originating work, leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner with a strong track record in securities litigation and/or white-collar matters
• Significant trial and courtroom experience and experience leading complex commercial disputes
• Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in California
