The role focuses on handling complex commercial and securities disputes, internal investigations and high-stakes trial work for corporate clients.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative practice that regularly handles cross-border matters and works with multidisciplinary teams across offices. This is a partner-level role with responsibility for originating work, leading matters and mentoring junior lawyers.

Established partner with a strong track record in securities litigation and/or white-collar matters
Significant trial and courtroom experience and experience leading complex commercial disputes
Admissions and credentials appropriate for practice in California
