Partner — Litigation & Corporate (Palo Alto)

Senior partner-level role for an established litigation and corporate practice based in Palo Alto. The role will blend leading complex commercial disputes with advising corporate clients on governance and transactional matters.

Ideal candidates will take a hands-on role running matters, supervising teams, and working directly with in-house counsel across technology and other commercial sectors. The position requires strategic judgment on litigation strategy, risk management, and corporate governance issues.

We are seeking a partner with a proven track record of originating and sustaining client relationships; a portable practice or demonstrable business development pipeline is valued. • Established partner-level experience in commercial litigation and corporate governance/transactional matters.
• Proven history of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice or clear business development pipeline preferred.
• Track record leading matter teams and supervising junior lawyers.
• Admitted to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and qualified to practice in California (or eligible to obtain admission).
• Strong written and oral advocacy, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
