Senior compliance and regulatory partner role in the firm's Warrington office, focused on healthcare and media & entertainment matters. The role will advise clients on regulatory strategy across FDA, advertising and related compliance areas, and support cross-practice engagements with healthcare teams.

The preferred candidate will build and lead a client-facing practice, advising regulated companies and creative businesses on regulatory risk, enforcement preparedness, and transactional/regulatory aspects of commercial agreements. The team works on a mix of counseling, risk assessment, and regulatory-driven project work.

Established partner-level experience in regulatory and compliance matters, ideally including healthcare, FDA, and advertising law.
Proven client development record or portable practice in relevant sectors.
Strong counseling and project-management skills; experience leading engagements and mentoring junior lawyers.
Licensed to practice in the relevant jurisdiction or able to obtain admission.
