Established national law firm is seeking a partner to join its West Palm Beach office to lead and grow a healthcare and media-focused regulatory practice. The role will focus on FDA-regulated matters, advertising and promotional compliance, and broader regulatory counseling for healthcare and life sciences clients.

The partner will advise clients on complex compliance programs, risk assessments, and regulatory strategy, and will work closely with cross-practice teams on transactional and enforcement-related issues. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for originating work and developing business in the region.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare regulatory work, including FDA and advertising/promotional compliance.
Strong client-management and business-development track record; portable practice/clients welcome.
Ability to lead engagements and manage junior lawyers on regulatory matters.
Bar admission and standing in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s).
