An established practice is seeking a lateral partner to join a busy healthcare and life sciences team in West Palm Beach. The role will advise healthcare providers, life sciences companies, and related stakeholders on regulatory, transactional and commercial matters.

The position offers a platform to lead client relationships, grow a portable practice and work collaboratively across a national healthcare group. The team handles regulatory compliance, contract negotiations, corporate transactions and counseling for industry participants.

Proven partner-level experience in healthcare and/or life sciences law.
Strong regulatory and transactional background advising healthcare providers or life sciences companies.
Track record of business development and managing client relationships; portable practice welcomed.
Excellent drafting, negotiation and client-facing skills; ability to work across a multidisciplinary team.
