Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a cross-practice compliance and technology offering focused on healthcare and software clients. The role will combine client relationship development, matter supervision and business development in a regional office.

The partner will work with industry and regulatory teams to advise on privacy, data protection, technology transactions and healthcare regulatory matters. This is a visible leadership role with opportunities to build a portable practice and contribute to firmwide growth initiatives.

Established partner with a record of originating and managing client engagements in healthcare, technology or software industries.
Deep experience in privacy & data protection, technology transactions and healthcare regulatory compliance.
Proven business development skills and ability to work across practice teams.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and the ability to work from the Salt Lake City office.
