Leading national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its San Diego team focused on compliance, regulatory counseling, and technology matters with an emphasis on healthcare and software clients.

The role will advise on privacy & data protection, regulatory compliance and related technology transactions. Ideal candidates will have an existing practice serving healthcare or tech clients and will help grow a cross‑practice compliance offering.

Established partner with substantive experience in privacy & data protection, regulatory compliance, and technology-related matters.
Track record advising healthcare and/or software clients and handling compliance risk assessments, vendor agreements, and incident response.
Licensed to practice in California (or able to obtain admission) and able to lead business development efforts.
Portable client relationships encouraged; demonstrated ability to originate and cultivate work.
