Leading international practice is seeking a senior construction disputes partner to join its Middle East team, covering mandates across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on construction litigation and international arbitration for large-scale infrastructure and energy projects.

You'll join a regional disputes group handling cross-border matters and arbitration hearings, working with local counsel and international counterparties. The team requires a specialist background in construction-related arbitration rather than a generalist disputes profile.

The hire is expected to bring a portable practice and demonstrable client relationships to the role.

Established partner-level experience in construction disputes and international arbitration.
Proven track record of leading arbitration hearings and complex cross-border construction matters.
Commercial gravitas and existing client relationships/portable practice relevant to the region.
Ability to work across UAE and Saudi legal frameworks and with local counsel.
