- Established partner-level experience in construction disputes and international arbitration.
- Proven track record of leading arbitration hearings and complex cross-border construction matters.
- Commercial gravitas and existing client relationships/portable practice relevant to the region.
- Ability to work across UAE and Saudi legal frameworks and with local counsel.
