One of the firm’s Middle East dispute resolution teams is seeking a lateral partner to lead and develop construction disputes and international arbitration work across the UAE and Saudi markets.

The role is practice-focused: you will handle complex construction and infrastructure arbitrations, manage teams on multi-jurisdictional matters, and help grow a regional practice. The team is looking for a specialist arbitrator/practitioner rather than a generalist disputes lawyer.

  • Proven partner-level experience in construction disputes and international arbitration.
  • Demonstrable track record of acting in construction/infrastructure arbitrations in the Middle East (UAE and/or Saudi Arabia).
  • Ability to lead teams on complex, multi-jurisdictional matters and manage client relationships.
  • Portable practice / ability to bring a book of business and develop regional revenues.
  • Right to work or willingness to be based in the UAE or Saudi Arabia and travel regionally.
