Growing Construction & Infrastructure group in Vancouver seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand owner-/developer-side construction litigation work. The team handles high-value disputes and related contracting/procurement matters across large real estate, institutional and infrastructure projects.

This is a strategic hire to build the firm’s construction and infrastructure capability; the role offers immediate matter responsibility on complex files and a platform to develop additional contractor-side work. Candidates already in Vancouver or willing to relocate will be preferred.

Established partner-level construction litigation practice with experience on large real estate, institutional or infrastructure projects
Admitted to practise in British Columbia (or eligible for admission); strong litigation credentials
Excellent drafting, advocacy and client-management skills
Proven ability to originate and grow client work; a portable practice or demonstrable book of business is welcome
