Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy construction and real estate litigation practice in Anchorage. The role will handle commercial construction disputes, real estate litigation and related transactional oversight for regional clients.

The successful candidate will lead matters, develop business and mentor junior lawyers within a collaborative, national-firm platform. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in construction or real estate litigation are encouraged to apply.

Established litigation experience in construction and real estate matters.
Track record of managing complex commercial disputes and supervising teams.
Ability to develop or bring a portable practice and generate client work.
Admission to practice in Alaska (or ability to be admitted).
