Experienced litigation partner sought to lead and grow a construction and real estate disputes practice in Atlanta. The role focuses on managing high-stakes commercial and construction litigation, handling trials and arbitration, and advising clients on risk and contract disputes.

Partner will supervise associates, cultivate client relationships, and work collaboratively with colleagues across practices. The position is well-suited to a partner with an established portable practice or proven business-development track record in the construction/real estate sector.

Partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation, including commercial disputes and construction defect matters
Proven trial and arbitration experience and case-management skills
Track record of developing client relationships and growing a practice; portable book of business preferred
Ability to supervise and mentor associates and work cross-functionally with other practice groups
Bar admission in Georgia (or eligibility) and standing to practice in relevant courts
