Proven partner-level experience in construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Track record of trial or significant contested matter experience and managing litigation teams
Demonstrable business development experience; portable practice preferred
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
