The ideal candidate will have a track record handling construction-defect, contract, and related real estate disputes and will be expected to cultivate and expand client relationships. A portable practice or demonstrable business development capability is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in construction and real estate litigation
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience handling complex disputes
Strong client-development skills; portable book of business welcome
Admissions and standing in Massachusetts bar (or ability to obtain admission)
