Seeking a partner to lead and grow a construction and real estate litigation practice in the firm s Buffalo office. The role focuses on managing a varied litigation docket, supervising associates, and advising owners, contractors and developers on contested matters.

The team handles commercial construction disputes, real estate litigation and related contractual claims. The successful candidate will work closely with local and national colleagues on client strategy and case management.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established national firm and build a portable practice; candidates should be comfortable with originating work and developing client relationships in the region.

Partner-level litigation experience focused on construction and real estate matters
Proven track record of supervising teams and managing complex cases from intake through trial or resolution
Strong client-development skills; demonstrable ability to generate or grow business preferred
Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain) and experience working in the Buffalo market
