Established regional office seeks a lateral partner to lead construction and real estate litigation matters from its Carlsbad location. The role will focus on defending and prosecuting construction disputes, handling commercial real estate litigation, and managing related client relationships.

The successful candidate will supervise junior lawyers, collaborate with cross-practice teams on construction-related issues, and contribute to practice development. This is a partner-level role where a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.

Partner-level experience handling construction litigation and commercial real estate disputes
Proven trial and/or arbitration experience and strong courtroom advocacy skills
Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor junior lawyers and support staff
Track record in business development and maintaining client relationships; portable book of business welcomed
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility)
