Seeking a partner to lead and expand a construction and real estate litigation practice in the firm's Chicago office. The role focuses on complex commercial disputes arising from construction projects, real estate transactions, and related contractual matters.

The partner will manage a caseload of trial- and arbitration-ready matters, mentor and grow a team of associates, and collaborate with cross-practice colleagues on transactional and risk-mitigation work. Business development and client relationship leadership are core expectations; candidates with a portable practice will be strongly considered.

Significant partner-level experience in construction and commercial real estate litigation.
Admission to practice in Illinois (or ability to obtain) and a strong courtroom/arbitration record.
Proven ability to lead teams, supervise associates, and manage high-value matters.
Demonstrated business development skills; a portable client base is advantageous.
