Established US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Cleveland office to lead and expand a construction and real estate litigation practice. The role will handle a mix of construction disputes, contract and indemnity matters, and real estate-related litigation for owners, contractors, and other industry participants.

The partner will manage high‑value matters from intake through trial and appeal, supervise junior lawyers, and work with the office leadership on client development. The firm is open to candidates with a portable practice or proven client origination ability.

Partner‑level experience handling construction litigation and real estate disputes.
Proven record of trial and/or arbitration advocacy and strong written advocacy.
Demonstrated ability to originate and maintain client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Experience supervising associates and managing case teams; strong business development skills.
Admission to the Ohio bar or eligibility to become admitted.
